Order Processing
All orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed slightly. Customers will be notified if there are significant delays.

Domestic Shipping (India)
Orders within India are typically delivered within 5–7 business days after dispatch. Delivery times may vary depending on the delivery location.

Custom or Made-to-Order Pieces
Some of our garments are made-to-order or customized. These items may require additional processing time before shipment. Estimated production timelines will be communicated during purchase or via email.

Shipping Charges
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Promotional offers such as free shipping on selected orders may apply from time to time.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your delivery.

Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure that the shipping address provided is correct. Kriti Label is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Damages During Shipping
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product with photos of the damage so we can assist you.
